Because we are a small business + our designer runs the entire operation herself, we only produce items in very small batches. Once an item is out of stock, it will not be restocked. This makes the kinis you purchase unique- you won't have to worry about showing up to the beach in the exact same bikini as everyone else! If you're bummed about missing out on that perfect kini, custom order one here!

Please wear your Lōliʻi kinis with love + care. Hand wash in cold water, do not bleach, + dry in the shade. Avoid coming into contact with rough surfaces, dirt, mud, dark sand, lotions, sunscreens, + overly chlorinated pools. Rinse as soon as possible when exiting the ocean or pool.

Lōliʻi is not currently sold in any physical retail shops yet, but we do participate in events around the island at least once a month where you are welcome to come down + see the fabrics/colors in person + try on your favorite pieces. ORDER INFORMATION

If you need your kinis by a specific date, please email us before placing your order so we can let you know if we'll be able to complete your order in time. Special rush orders may be available + extra fees may apply. If you don't contact us before placing your order, please understand that we are not responsible for getting your items to you by your desired time. Getting your order to you quickly is a top priority, however please be mindful that everything is handmade by our designer alone which is a much lengthier process. We do not mass produce. Depending on the size of your order + how busy we are, your order may be shipped out sooner.

For custom made swimwear I ask for anywhere from 3 - 5 weeks wait time from purchase date until your order will be shipped out to you. Getting your order to you quickly is a top priority. However, please be mindful that everything is handmade by me alone which is a much lengthier process. Depending on the size of your order + how busy I am with current orders, your order may be shipped out sooner or later than 3 - 5 weeks. 

We ship throughout the United States via the USPS (first class mail & priority mail). All packages are insured and have delivery confirmation. You will receive a delivery confirmation code when the package is shipped. Please allow 2 - 3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped out. Domestic orders will take anywhere from 2 - 6 business days to be delivered from shipping date. International orders vary based on destination.

For custom orders, it will take anywhere from 3 - 5 weeks from purchase date until your order will be completed + mailed out to you/ready for pick-up.

I live in Kailua on the island of Oʻahu. If you've selected 'Local Pick-up' at checkout, I will email you when your order is ready for pick-up with the exact location + details. Then we can figure out a date + time that works best for you.

We have an All Sales Final policy. There are no refunds or exchanges. Once an order is placed it is final. If your item is defected in any way, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue right away.

All of our swimwear is designed + made in Hawaiʻi by our Owner/Designer, Remy Hirai. You can read more about the brand + Remy's story here.

Lōliʻi is a Hawaiian word, meaning relaxed, at ease, without worry, + carefree. You can read more about why our designer chose this for her brand name here.

We are still a very small business with big dreams of expanding in our future. When we do open up any new positions you'll hear about it first on our Instagram + in our Newsletter. We don't currently have any formal internship programs but are open to collaborations if it's a good fit + good timing. Please email us if you'd like to chat!
